Couldn't sleep so decided to leave at around 2am. I got to the upper trailhead parking lot way before first light, which proved to be the death of my skull trailer hitch cover because trying to turn around I backed into a huge boulder and snapped it off. The trail through the trees in the dark alone was quite the experience & was a nasty series of switchbacks, didn't think I was ever gonna get to treeline. Shortly after I finally reached treeline though, I got to watch the sunrise come over the Huron Peak saddle ride, pretty awesome! Overall, pretty easy climb, not very many rocks for a change! There was still quite a bit of snow towards the top, but not on trail. I have to apologize for the pics as I was using the back up camera, which the battery died in, leaving me with nothing but the cell phone to capture the Eviledge.com pics.
